Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 15 days of the congress start date.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to conferences@wowoncology.com
1. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a 70% refund (30% will be retained as a administration fee).
2. Cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
