We welcome evidence-based abstracts and talks that share new ideas, challenge existing practices, and highlight the latest advancements in cancer research, care, and control. Submissions should contribute to meaningful discussion, stimulate innovation, and support the exchange of knowledge across the oncology community.
Researchers, clinicians, advocates, and professionals from all related disciplines are encouraged to submit their work. We value diverse perspectives and experiences that can help build a comprehensive and impactful programme.

Submission Guidelines
- All submissions should be made in English and only through the online submission platform.
- Abstract proposal must be Word/PDF document with recent photo.
- Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Please ensure that the abstract is complete.
- Abbreviations should be defined.
- Please ensure to mention all sources of information and references.
Review & confirmation Process
Once your abstract is submitted, it will be forwarded for the review process.
You will be notified by email regarding the outcome of the review.
Upon acceptance, the presenting author is required to complete Speaker Registration to confirm participation in the programme.

How do I access the virtual meeting?
The Virtual Meeting link will be mailed to you one week before the conference dates. You will get meeting link updates on your WhatsApp/Social Media inbox.
How can I make sure that my abstract has been accepted, or not?
You will receive an email confirmation of approval within 24-48 hours of submitting your abstract proposal.
Shall I get any payment receipt or invoice after registration?
Yes, you will get the payment acknowledgement from the conference organizers through email within 24-48 hours after the registration.
Do I get refund if my abstract is rejected?
Yes, you will get 100% refund in case of abstract rejection.
How much time will I get for an oral presentation?
Around 20-25 minutes including Q/A.
In which language should I speak during presentation?
English.
Will I get translator during the presentation?
Translation service will not be provided. If you wish you can bring translator by yourself.
Is there a prescribed format/sample template available for abstract submission?
Yes, we have created an abstract submission template that can be downloaded from the corresponding conference abstract submission page.
Is it allowed to submit multiple proposals?
Yes, you may submit maximum of two proposals.
Will I get any certificate after the completion of the conference?
Yes, you will be felicitated with a certificate of recognition soon after the conference.
Do our abstracts will be published?
Yes, The Abstracts will be published in WOW Congress Magazine.
